Refund policy

Hello my beautiful customer 💕

• Please check and try your order while the courier is waiting. If there’s any size issue, you may return it immediately and only pay the shipping fee. Once the courier leaves, returns or exchanges are no longer available.

• The courier can wait up to 5 minutes only due to other scheduled deliveries.

• During sale periods, refunds are not available — exchange for size only.

📌 If the order is not received, the full shipping fee will be charged.

 

 

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

• يُرجى مراجعة وقياس الطلب أثناء وجود المندوب. في حالة وجود مشكلة بالمقاس، يمكن إرجاع القطعة فورًا مع دفع رسوم الشحن فقط. بعد مغادرة المندوب، لن يكون الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال متاحًا.

• مدة انتظار المندوب لا تتجاوز 5 دقائق نظرًا لوجود مواعيد تسليم أخرى.

• خلال فترة العروض، الاسترجاع غير متاح — والاستبدال متاح للمقاس فقط.

📌 في حالة عدم استلام الطلب، يتم دفع قيمة الشحن كامله
